Countertop (PP countertop) : The PP material of the countertop is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, does not deform, is non-toxic and easy to clean. 10mm thick pp plate is adopted.
Cabinet body board: 8mm thick PP board is adopted; All the column and crossbeam parts have been reasonably designed to ensure the installation of spare parts while guaranteeing load-bearing capacity and an elegant appearance. Moreover, they have been grooved, bent and welded by engraving machines, and all connection parts have undergone high-temperature welding.
Door panels and drawer panels: Made by folding 8mm thick PP plates in half. The board surface is neither warped nor cracked, moisture-resistant, smooth and easy to clean, acid and alkali resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
Hinge: High-quality PP hinges are adopted, formed by one-time injection molding. They are noise-free during use, can be opened and closed over ten thousand times, and have a long service life. Handle: Made of high-quality PP handle, formed by one-time injection molding, with copper core screw caps inset inside to prevent rust. When installing the handle, use PP injection-molded screws to prevent rust.
Screw cap: For areas that have been reinforced with screws, screw caps must be used to prevent rust.
Window: The window can be selected in two types: 5mm tempered glass and 5mm acrylic. Tempered glass is heat-resistant, scratch-resistant, and easy to clean, but it is afraid of strong acids, strong alkalis, and corrosion. Organic glass Windows are resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis and corrosion, but they are afraid of high temperatures and scratches.
Window profile: To ensure the smooth sliding of the window glass and prevent damage during the sliding process; Special molds were made for the window profiles of fume hoods. The material is PVC. The structure can be divided into: slide groove, upper frame, left and right frames, lower handle, and plug. It has been specially designed to maintain a stable shape without the need for screw fixation.
Lighting: PP material shell, with one 220V 12W fluorescent lamp inside.
Deflector plate: Made of 5mm thick PP sheet and fixed with a one-piece injection-molded deflector clamp.
Accessory configuration: LCD control panel, PP waterproof socket, PP fume hood adopts synchronous wheel drive.
